Refund policy

We are unable to accept returns due to the type of hygienic nature of our products.  However, it is acceptable to contact us for any defect in our products, where we may be able to send a replacement.  We ask that you contact us within 14 days of your receipt of the product.  We stand behind our products and will rectify the situation to the best of our abilities.
